Lennox Lewis has a longer reach than George Foreman and is around two inches taller. Lennox power is also very underrated. He comes very close to Big George, when it comes to brute strength. I rate Lewis power higher than Joe Louis, Jack Dempsey, Gerry Cooney and David Tua, but lower than George Foreman, Wlad Klitschko, Sonny Liston and Mike Tyson. He for sure would have enough reach advantage and power to knock Frazier out, similar to Foreman. The main difference between Lewis and Foreman is chin, speed and style. Lewis has a weaker chin and more speed than George and was a boxer-puncher and counter-puncher, while Foreman was a brawler/slugger. Lewis had to counter-punch, to protect his weak chin. Frazier's left hook would've troubled Lewis, but Lewis excellent defense skills, his very long reach(longer than Foremans), his speed(more than Foreman) and his overall great boxing skills would make it impossible for Frazier to land that left hook. Lennox punching power would give Frazier the rest in a very similar fight like the first Foreman fight. Main difference would be that Lewis would lay more attention on his counter-punching and defense skills, rather than knocking Frazier cold out, which would stretch the fight in length.
Lewis by 4rd round KO
I think so, yes. Frazier style - the low crouch and the constant bobbing and weaving - was best suited for taller opponents like Ali, Buster Mathis and Jimmy Ellis, all of whom Frazier beat. It's Lewis' power that Joe might not be able to handle. Lewis's got a long powerful left jab that would keep Frazier at bay and which would set him up for that sledgehammer of a right hand. I see Lennox stopping Joe Frazier by the 11th or 12th of 15 rounds.
Lewis would have the advantage for sure. Lewis could keep him away and jab his way to an easy decision, or even get the KO on Frazier. Lewis had the heaviest right hand in history IMO, also a great jab. Frazier def. would have a chance though, we all know Lewis had some trouble with guys shorter, then him, and Frazier could of def. caught him, but a focused Lewis was one of the GOAT to me.
Lewis KO RD 7
Lewis has the advantage here, but he is subject to being knocked out if Joe hits him with a good left hook anytime during the fight.
Frazier was used to fighting taller guys, and he handled Ali, who I consider to be a much better boxer than Lewis.
Lewis
Lewis with a split decision
Lennox would do him like foreman did
Could Frazier deal with the size of Lewis
