A lot of this seems over kill to me. Conditioning by more roadwork and learning to pace oneself, correct breathing and then flexibility more than lots of weight work. Tumbling, leg squats is good. submission ,holds , if allowed is best

Get weights if you can and a dip belt. You'll over train if you work out everyday. Try to do heavy weights of 3 sets of 6 to 10 reps. Also, there are other things that are more important like technical ability

Ive been doing this and I'm going to join high school wrestling...will this be enough conditioning or should i do other exercises. Should i increase my reps? I have no experience in wrestling what can I do to get stronger. Im 5'9 150 pounds n in 10th grade. I want to go undefeated. I dont have access to weights. What can I do to go undefeated in my wrestling in high school.

400 situps

100 pushups

100 bench dips

200 squats

100 curls 30 pounds

Run 3 miles

Im a guy

I do this everyday. Sometimes i do this routine twice a day
