Get weights if you can and a dip belt. You'll over train if you work out everyday. Try to do heavy weights of 3 sets of 6 to 10 reps. Also, there are other things that are more important like technical ability

Ive been doing this and I'm going to join high school wrestling...will this be enough conditioning or should i do other exercises. Should i increase my reps? I have no experience in wrestling what can I do to get stronger. Im 5'9 150 pounds n in 10th grade. I want to go undefeated. I dont have access to weights. What can I do to go undefeated in my wrestling in high school.
400 situps
100 pushups
100 bench dips
200 squats
100 curls 30 pounds
Run 3 miles
Im a guy
I do this everyday. Sometimes i do this routine twice a day
