I want to take a sport this summer that would help with self defense... however I want it to be a bit offensive (confusing I know lol). I mean, I want to be able to defend myself, but also be able to punch someone out at the same time. I've heard of jiu jitsu, but if that's not possible, is boxing another good option?
Also, please suggest other sports to me. thanks!
BTW, would boxing make me bulky? (I want to lose a bit of weight, but not become a bodybuilder lol)
