floyd is definitely boring, but he hypes his boxing w/ cockyness, he uses arrogance so people will hate him and thereby watch his fight just to see him lose...
so it depends on the type of fans...but most fans nowadays are fed up of runners and dodgers, too much science, too much sweetness, most fans nowadays wants it rough, more action, sad but they get more of their money's worth watching UFC for that
Manny Pacquiao is without a doubt a very exciting fighter. I think that calling him the most exciting fighter ever is premature because this type of attribute is almost always only given after a fighter has retired and their career can be looked at with out being biased.

i always like how pacquiao engaged to fight even his opponent just want to go for 12 rounds..
pacquiao, even winning in cards, still risks being one-hit KOd by his opponent just to give the fans something to watch (though lately he kinda slow down)
