also julio cesar chavez jr ,he might not be the best middle weight but he has a great chin and endurance and strength .
Death wouldn't be an issue at all, fighters would be forced to adjust and the pace of fights would slow to a crawl. Because of the lack of breaks and unknown length fighters would be forced to clinch and wrestle more than what was done in the days of 25+ round fights. As brutally savage those fighters were, they would be booed out of the ring by fans of today. We can debate the reason why most fans no longer appreciate, or seek to learn, the subtleties of boxing, but there's no question people desire fast/constant action and are displeased when its not provided.
If it comes to an attrition fight, Froch's probably one of the few proven guys who can take a beating and keep going, whilst the other guy wears out.
I would've said Vitali too, but he's had a few quitjobs in his day.
I heard Margarito's flirting with the idea of coming back? He's another human bunch bag that can keep wading through anything.
Tough guys don't realy last long in boxing, so it's hard to think of 5 active guys tbh.
Try watching the very first UFCs only rules we're no biting no eye gouging and their was no weight class you'll will watch a sumo wrestler fight a 200 man. it will give you an idea of what boxing with no rounds would be like.
Obviously in reality this is silly and would result in deaths, but for the sake of the question imagine if a boxing contest these days was simply a matter of fighting until one of you quit and could take no more. Which current boxers would make your top 5 competitors most likely to dominate? I'd have Derrick chisora and maidana, who else?
