Run daily atleast 5 km. thats enough. but you should be consistent in it.
If we want to lose weight than we have to do exercise in morning and in evening. and another things is running.
If you want to lose your weight then get proper diets and do physical exercises.
Really hot bath with salts or something I can't remember exactly. Do that a lot and cardio more cardio.
