Find a local boxing gym and look into it
Im not that sure about usa but in the uk its around 2 pounds a session which is around $3 so not that expensive depends what gym you go to try and find a local gym but in general unless you have 1 on 1 tutoring its not that expensive
run a mile then do 100 push up then do 30 windmills and reverse direction and 30 more to the sides to the front and over your head then do 100 jumping jack all at once if you got this far then your interested and ill show you some more add me here so we can talk here much easier than questions
Whatever your coach charges is what it is. Puppers is an idiot not at all gyms are 50 a month.
