Firstly, the boxing section gets questions asked like this more regularly than it ought to. If it's for tae kwon do, please ask this question in the martial arts section next time.

But to answer your question, you seem to have a difficult time writing the reference for your student. Maybe your prize pupil doesn't work well with others and that's why you have writer's block. You're reluctant to write a positive, glowing review for your pupil because although he's talented he's difficult to work with and is a prima donna.
