Diego Corrales is the tallest fighter Mayweather ever faced. He stopped "Chico" in six rounds. However, consider a few things.

Mayweather fought Corrales at 130 lbs. Corrales stands 6 ft.tall. That's much too light for such a tall fighter. I would love to have seen a rematch at 140. Chico wanted it but it never happened.

I still think Mayweather would have won at 140. However, Chico would not have been so weight drained.

I've always thought Paul Williams would have been a stylistic nightmare for Mayweather. Floyd might have won but that's a stretch. Williams is 6'2" and doesn't make the best use of his height. However, it would take a brutal puncher, not a slick boxer, to beat him.

Floyd would beat most tall fighters but it would depend on the weight class. He would likely have lost to a prime Thomas Hearns, who stood 6'1".
Mayweather has faced Genaro Hernandez, Chico Corrales and Oscar de la Hoya who are all just a shade under 6 feet in height to his 5-8 and he beat them all, the first two by KO at 130 lbs.
But Floyd has yet to face opponent over six feet tall especially in the welterweight or junior middleweight. The tallest welterweight champion boxer he could fight is Kell Brook, 5-9 while the tallest junior middleweight champion boxer he could possibly face is Erislandy Lara, also 5-9 and Demetrius Andrade at 6-1 but Andrade is reportedly fighting for the WBO middleweight title vs. Matt Korobov.
Perhaps if Andrade wins the WBO title over Korobov, Floyd can target him as a possible foe next year. Then we will see.
He was almost got beaten by a smaller Maidana. How the hell can Floyd manage to survive a taller one? Not unless he pick a tall bum inexperienced if not wash-up fighter.
Team Mayweather would have the perfect plan for such a fighter. They always do.

Diego Corrales, i think that fight might have been staged like the Gatti fight, unless they both really suck that much.
Cant really name a fighter that was noticeably taller than Floyd.
