Can anybody help me punch hard?

I looked at www.howtopunchhard.com to get help, but I have reached a stage where I can't seem to punch any harder :(

form,power,stregnth work on those three and eventually theyll come of harder

I've been doing a martial art for 11 years now. What i've learnt is that your whole body needs to be part of a punch. i.e. Twist your hips and follow through with the punch, dont just stop at the target. Also, twist your fist around when you punch.

Just take a long deep breath,and when you punch release it.
