Endurance = slow twitch muscle fibers = low weight, high volume weight lifting + heavy bag work.
A combination of this is ideal. Practice with the heaviest gloves (18 oz is ideal) you have.
Don't forget to exercise your rotator cuff.
It's all about focus and speed. You need more self- control. Some martial arts work would go a long way. Give it a fair chance.
Use a speedball for speed.

I have good power and speed
I punch properly
Don't punch at random
when i swing i swing with my hips
I also bend my knees abit
And tip toe
I also pump weights to help
But i don't think its enough
Because i am one of this people who like to go extreme
So i brought this wrist weights 2 kg each wrist
If i use this while i use the punch bag and lift weights
For awhile will i increase more speed and power
