Lots of explosive workouts. So when ever you do a heavy workout of any kind be explosive. Also work in a lot of cardio, boxing is mostly conditoning. As said?before do basic workouts. If you can get your hands on a bulgarian bag those are a great boxing workout. (builds strength and mobility at same time)
Start a training plan.. Increase it every week.
For example: Try roadwork / jogging one day, then gym work the following day...
Keep a record, and build it up as the weeks go by..

im going to start boxing but before I join and get a membership I need to prepare myself and get stronger. I need to get my whole body stronger. I cant do situps due to minor scoliosis though so just a heads up. what do I do to get more strong/muscle in my body??
