If you are just starting I wouldnt worry to much about getting big, I would worry about getting conditioned. Do a lot of cardio to stay energized and be able to fight multiple rounds

I am trying to get in shape like a fighter I need it for MMA but I don't want to be small, now I know that being big and bulky
doesn't make you a better fighter but I don't want to be small I am 15 year old 5'8 150 pound male Mesomorph. My goal is what weight lifting workouts should I do to be in good shape preferably close to looking like Scott Adkins or Lazar Angleov? with reasonable size and not a over kill
