Train as hard as you can for 8 hours day for 10 weeks covering all areas of training
7 days isnt enough time. Go fight, take your lumps, give a few, and you will have a better idea of what it takes to train. Just getting in the ring is pretty good for your first fight.
Last minute training won't help much physiologically so much as psychologically (for some). Or maybe if you're trying to make weight, water fluctuates quickly enough.
10 minute jump rope, 5 rounds shadow boxing, 5 rounds heavybag, push up, pull up, 30-kg barbell press, squat, few dumbbell curls, running a few miles
