If you are fighting a boxer, the best thing to do is to either kick his legs to get him off of his feet.
Or if you simply do not feel like doing that, charge at him, aim your entire body for the lower half of his body. Your speed combined with your weight should knock him to the ground when you charge and keep trying to get him off of his feet, I do not think you try to defend a take-down with a punch.
The moment he is on the ground, get on top of him, start punching him in the face. Boxers are good on their feet but they are not taught how to ground-fight, since I am no sure if you have fighting experience in boxing or not but a wrestling take-down is your best bet.
And the best thing of all, do not fight at all, but if you have too, take all of the pain you can and use your body to bring him down.
Simply charging at him and swinging your fist towards his face should be good too but be sure you are concentrating on him.
You're screwed. No average person or street brawler can beat a boxer. Boxing is king of all fighting.

1. Eye Focus- you need to watch his every move.
2. His Hand movement and elbow movement- which hand is he using most
3. Always Block- trust me your going to need this alot. and i hope you know what blocking is. it's basically putting your arms up to your face
4. NEVER THROW THE FIRST PUNCH!!!- wait til he's either tired out. then throw the punch.

You have lose to zero chance. But your best bet is kicks. Try a motion like kicking a football right into his solar plexus.
You better keep your chin down and your hands up. Don't try to swing. If you can't dodge his punches, roll with it so it won't hurt you too bad. If you're going to punch him, go for a quick jab when he lowers his guard.
Easy, take him to the ground. Thats your best shot.
Try to avoid fighting him. If you must fight him, kick him in the crotch as hard as you can.

Tomorrow im gonna have to fight this kid at school and he is a boxer ive seen him fight before and he is extremely good his hand speed and reflexes are far greater than mine. How do i beat him i have no clue i know i cant just go in swinging because he will easily counter them and i cant take it to the ground because it will get broken up by the people around me and brought back to just hands. help!!!
