The best thing it can do for you is improve ur speed if u did it regularly. U can also use the double resistance after u get acustomed to the single resistance, that might further improve ur speed.
As for power, maybe it can help u learn to use leverage better. Im not sure, I reccomend traditional boxing drills for power, not sure if the perfect punch will help other than getting u used to punching with more leverage or better balance. But I think its best suited to improve handspeed
No such thing as a perfect punch. A simple punch if employed fully exploiting a perfect opportunity becomes extra ordinary. In the military, its called a massive pre-emptive strike, a blitzkreig. Only Sugar Ray Robinson was capable and able to employ it and in an emergency situation at that as he was losing badly to Gene Fulmer and on the verge of losing by TKO on account of cut against Bobo Olson.
Marquez one punch KO of Pacquiao recently was a combination of factors that combined to make a perfect opportunity for a winning KO punch.
Yeah Don't get the question, but Tyson hitting Botha was a perfect punch, and Lewis-Rahman 2
Wot the hell is the perfect punch
