There is no one way to train for stamina but I will tell you how I did it and how my kids do it. RUN 5-6 DAYS A WEEK 3-5. Now three days a week you are going to sprint 100 meters 10 x . Sprint down jog back ,sprint down jog back nothing to it. Here is the other thing you really don't have to do sprints aall remember the ring is only 22x22 at the most are 18x18 . So why would you need all that sprinting . You are going to do the sprinting with your hands heavy bag one minute all out on the bag and I mean all out 30 seconds break back on the bag one minute all out.
30 second extreme running
30 second rest
do it till you energy finish.
at the same time,
that's help to lose weight while keep you muscles.
but most important watch out your heart. be careful about that.
I'm training for boxing, and I heard a sprinting is the best way to increase my stamina.?So how many sprints should I do, and how much should I rest per sprint? And how many reps?Thanks
