He did not have that one punch knockout power, he used combinations to stop people.
He had power but not the Shavers, or Liston power.
Ali's punching power was just above the average heavyweight.. But if u know boxing than u know the most dangerous punch is a punch u don't see coming so with his hand speed and counter punching skills he was still a dangerous puncher
He had decent power but not the best. George foreman lacked technical ability but made up for it with punching power. I'd say he hit harder than Ali
Ali hit fast.. The best way to strike hard is to strike fast. All that momentum behind the punch and the follow through leave a strong punch..
Any man weighing over 200 pounds can punch very good. Ali was repeatedly popping those shots at his opponents and no one can take so many blows from a 200-pound man.
His power wasn't world class, but the speed and angels at which he threw his punches meant you couldn't see them coming. And shots you don't see coming are a hell of a lot more damaging than the shots you can see coming.
He hit allot harder than the average person but for a heavyweight he didn't hit too hard
hes powerful but he cant defeat BRUCE LEE
no boxing is all fixed fights
did he realy hit harder than people give him credit for?
