Did he cheat versus Miguel Cotto.."Probably"...I wouldn't doubt it because Antonio Margarito has a sustained history of trying to bend the rules a little bit. He got caught using plastered hand-wraps against Shane Mosley and he got caught trying to take a caffeine based supplement prior to the bout with Manny Pacquiao, something that would keep his heart rate and conditioning accelerated.
You have to go with the fact he was caught with Mosley making it 100% fact they were willing to take that type of attempt in a big fight, why then wouldn't he or his trainers attempt this in any other fights? Look at how his 1st fight with Cotto went after the mid point when the wraps would of been getting set, he probably did the same thing against Cintron but we can never know for sure unless he was to admit it and we all know that will never happen
Antonio Margarito is one of my all time favorite fighters but I don't think he was very good in terms of skill. He was one of those mid level fighters who always lost to elites. He was a tough fighter with probably one of the best chins if not the best we've ever seen. His actual boxing skill however was lacking.
BQ 1- I share the same opinion as you. If I had to answer I'd say yes I think he did.
BQ-2- No I don't. I think he is a better fighter than Cintron
Above-average skills. Solid hitting power. His a tough fighter with a promising career laid to waste by the handwrap scandal.
Margacheato is a punching bag. Average.
He sucks. Plaster or no plaster, he is a chin first fighter who relies on his chin and power to make it through his fights. He has no skill.

BQ 1: Do you feel he cheated against Cotto? I am unsure of this. While there is a rip in his handwraps, which is evidence, when people shook hands with him after the fight, they didn't feel anything, whereas when Mosley's trainer felt the handwraps for the Mosley fight, he felt that it was hard. And people felt the plaster when they shook hands with Luis Resto. So honestly, I am not sure. I can't definitley say yes, but I can't definitley say no either.
