Roadwork is not necessarily jogging, but some hills, sprints, stopping to shadowbox, some running backwards, learning to breathe correctly, through the nose, no gasping for breathe. In the olden days some fighters would do 20 miles of roadwork on old country dirt roads, following their manger or trainer who would be driving a car way ahead of the fighter. Jogging, stopping, shadow boxing, even leap frogging over and over with their accompanying sparring partners. It was the distance that helped improve stamina. It was common knowledge that Sonny Liston was know to walk upwards of 20 miles at a time to keep his legs in shape, while not in actual training. When in training 3 -5 miles is the norm.
Is that supposed to be "jogging" or "dodging"?
I'd recommend dodging while jogging.
actually go out and jog
