At my gym I was told that fighters needing to loose weight put on a sweat suit and run on the running machine as the sweating obviously helps you loose weight. Do not however sit in a steam room or sauna with it on as that could be EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and dehydrate you quickly as you would already be very hot in one and having the suit on would make you far too hot. Best to speak to your coach be careful when trying to loose weight as it can be dangerous when not done responsibly. Boxers in the pro ranks have suffered brain damage due to loss of fluids because they were trying to loose weight for fights.

Best way is to put a sweat suit on and train the hardest you've ever trained. The more you sweat, the more weight you lose so you can also sit in a sauna for an hour or so aswell? And go for long distance runs. Good luck with your match :-) .

6.5 pounds is quite a bit to sweat out but that is how almost all fighters loose that kind of weight that close to competition so put on some plastic and work out minimize fluid intake prior to the weigh in, this can be dangerous and you should seek further information from a sports dietitian-good luck!
