Sure. Just hang a heavy bag, a speed bag, if you can afford it, and get a pair of gloves and a jump rope. Then watch some boxing tutorial videos at YouTube, and I think you'll learn to box somehow.
No. No one's gonna punch you in the face at home the way they would in a gym. A straight knockout comes from a combination of leverage and power. Example, an uppercut usually carries more power than a straight. However, if you learn to combine and maximize your leverage, you can maximize your power.
you can learn the punches but it's better to go into a gym and learn. watching videos is good to get the basic idea of how to do it, but you will not develop those skills unless you practice them a lot, and even with that practice, you cannot hone those skills to perfection unless you practice them in live action. sparring will be beneficial.
No but you don't need to be trained to knock someone out. Hit them on the side of the jaw with power they'll go down or be stunned.
Could your learn boxing at home? Or make punches harder also any ideas on a straight knock out????
