I agree with tough guy ( the first person that commented ) alot of modern day fighters will beat patterson by knockout. After reviewing footage of Floyd patterson on Youtube. I was not impressed :(. He had decent speed but he lacked a good chin. And he had no buisness being in the heavyweight division because he was too small. The hardest punching heavyweights would always knock him out. Also, Ali made him look like an amature.

People need to shed light on the fact that ALOT of these " all time great fighters were overrated ". The media made these fighters great.
To be honest with you sir I loved Floyd Patterson who was not only a tremendous boxer with extremely fast hands but a true gentleman in and out of the ring. But Patterson who did have some good wins against some big named opponents was a small heavyweight and would be considered a cruiserweight today and would have big problems especially with these big time punchers. So that being said, I believe he loses to all these guys and by knockout.

Floyd gets knockout by all these fella!
PAtterson's skills were at par with the world's best but unfortunately his chin is not. You match it with heavy handed guys and it gets smashed. Floyd's Achilles heel was that of a powerful boxer and once he gets inside the ring with a heavy fisted guy, he freezes with fear. In the 2 bouts with Liston, FLoyd was already a beaten fighter before he ever entered the ring. It only took less than a round before Sonny touched him and end the bout. Such scenario would be the same against the fighters you mentioned. Man you are so rude, what you brought along were the biggest punchers in the history of the sport.
Patterson loses to all these guys.
He did not have a great chin, which is why many writers called him Falling Floyd.
