@bend it amazed me when duran beat barkley when duran was 37 i think but today some fighters aren't even fighting for title till that age , i don't know if it's better diet , better training or drugs but thing have changed ,look at david price he's 30 next month yet he is a novice ,25years ago you retired at 28/30 now you don't have a real fight till then .

He was leading the first fight against Leonard when he ran out of gas and was stopped. He could certainly beat Mayweather.
His reach and fast jab would keep Mayweather outside and if Floyd got caught with that right hand he would be sleeping on the canvas.
Thomas Hearns was superior to Floyd Mayweather in every aspect, Mayweather would have no real chance. Either way, boxing or slugging Floyd is in trouble.
I only have two or three fighters that I do not see, in any scenario that Floyd could beat. Tommy would be the top of that list.
