I wouldn't count Trout out to be honest. Floyd hasn't fought many slick fighters like Trout, but when he fought Judah who could be labeled as slick, he got knocked down. Judah actually was dominating Floyd the first few rounds. I think Trout fights a lot like Judah, but with a better jab.

Mayweather by MD. It'd be a hell of a lot closer than Canelo vs Mayweather, Floyd's style is to pick apart boxer punchers like Canelo.

At 26-1, here is what we know.

1) Trout is a skilled boxer...top 5 in the division.

2) He is not a KO puncher...only 14 of his wins are KOs. Trout wins by getting decisions.

3) Against top competition, Trout is 1-1...nit the kind of experience that can beat Floyd.

Verdict: Based on this evidence, he probably isn't going to KO Floyd. It is highly unlikely that he will win a decision over Floyd... Floyd by UD
