Its a dumb concept, you dont pack on power by putting on fat. Besides you just have to work that much harder to take it off, which depletes you come fight time.
Okay you folks have got to make up your mind. Before the fight was signed it was "Oh my God did you see Guerrero? Floyd doesnt have a chance!!" NOW that the fight is signed Ghost is "another hand picked opponent".
See, its YOU guys that drive these inglorious fights. Every time you hype up some fighter (think about this board back when everyone was saying that Ricky Hatton was going to demolish Floyd"....Floyd always goes after THAT GUY. Cause he knows youre going to tune in to try to see his destruction...and pay good money to be disappointed.
He'll definitely lean out as training increases up to the fight but my guess is Guerrero is trying to pack on some size. He knows he won't be faster or quicker than Mayweather so what he's going to want to do is give himself some weight to throw into Floyd and make things rough on the inside.
Unless Floyd is at the end of his rope (which I see no signs that he is), I see no scenario in which Guerrero walks away with the title. Floyd has been more offensive as of late and I expect Guerrero to get pretty banged up in this one.
He looks soft in the midsection because he's a lightweight fighting at welterweight. That's what happens when a boxer is fighting well above where he should be - he carries excess body fat. Even cme weigh-in time, and fight-night Guerrero will still look soft, unlike he did at 126-135.

Yea, Guerrero is looking chubby for sure. He annoys the sh*t out of me, and I'm not even sure why. I can't wait for Floyd to re-sharpen his reflexes on Guerrero's fat face and torso.
I also love how these people say Floyd "cherry-picked" Guerrero too. I seem to remember you same people saying Floyd, "watched tape on Guerrero and ducked him" after Floyd said DA was the leading candidate for his next fight on twitter.
Floyd ducks everyone until he fights them, then he just cherrypicked them b/c they're easy...smh.
For Guerrero to get an opportunity to face Floyd, there should be something Floyd to have from the GHOST in return. Make a guess what it must be.... To be just a GHOST.
That is why Guerrero looked so soft at this stage. Because he will just be a ghost by fight time that his presence can not be felt by anyone, even Floyd.
Nobody wants to scare Floyd, you know. If Guerrero tries his azz won't get paid.lol
