Mayweather would win hands down, via UD RD 12.
I even believe at some points Mayweather would score knockdown on Vargas.
Although Fernando Vargas has the size advantage and Floyd Mayweather wasn't great at 154, styles make fights.
Vargas doesn't have anything special to beat Mayweather. Size is the only thing he has. Everything else he has, Mayweather has faced before.
Vargas was a limited fighter. He lost his biggest fights, and I'm not sure there is a way he'd win here. Mayweather would potshot Vargas all night, and win easily in my opinion.

perspnally i think mayweather would of been to slick for vargas. his defence and counter punching wud be far superior than FV's. mayweather wins by UD.
