Super bantamweight - you have donaire, rigo, mares, Romero, darchinyan, mathebula, Monticello, frampton, quigg etc.
Welterweight - mayweather jr, jmm, Bradley, brook, Thurman, guerrero, pacquiao, bailey, jones, Berto, Lopez, maidana etc.
This is tough, since it's pretty subjective.
I'd say the best divisions right now, just based on possible great fights are these (no particular order):
Junior-Welterweight is the best by far IMO (Matthysse, Khan, Peterson, Garcia, Judah, Alvarado, Rios, Ajose Olusegun, that Khabib dude who beat Joan Guzman, and Guzman himself is still very good).
Bad news, TR has Rios and the Russian kid. Alvarado seems like he'll go to GB if the price is right..
Welterweight - again, there's some issues regarding GB/TR feud. But you got Floyd, Manny, JMM, Guerrero, Kell Brook, Berto, Keith Thurman, Timmy Bradley, Alexander, Provodnikov, etc...
Junoir-Middle - Canelo, Trout, Cotto, Angulo, Lara, Kirkland (if his dumb asss stops being an idiot), Carlos Molina, Martirosyan, Gabe Rosado, even Ishe Smith. Not to mention Sergio Martinez has always maintained he'll drop to that weight for a fight w/ Canelo or anyone who brings good money to the table.
Those are the deepest and best divisions at this point IMO.
Welterweight- Mayweather, Pac man and rising stars like Kell Brook
Super Middleweight- Carl Froch, Andre Ward, Mikkel Kessler, Abraham, Direll and Jermain Taylor
Light Welterweight- This whole Petersen drugs scandal, Khan, Garcia etc
For me heavyweights will always be a favorite division of mine because that is where the big men are and things can end in one punch ,for me that's a big part of what makes boxing exciting. Heavyweight KO artists like Mike Tyson and George Foreman weren't popular and highly marketable for nothing.
My other favorite weight division is Jr. middleweight ,you have Canelo Alvarez ,Keith Thurman ,Erislandy Lara ,Alfredo Angulo and James Kirkland just to name a few.
My other favorite weight division is Jr welterweight because it's loaded with talent ,you have Brandon Rios ,Amir Khan ,Lucas Matthysse ,Paul Spadafora ,and everyone better look out for Pier Olivier Cote as he comes through the ranks.
Hard to say since there are a thousand weight classes now and no one - save heavywgts - stays in a division for longer than a cup of coffee. Besides, how can you call, say, a featherwgt or a middlewgt a "featherwgt" or a "middlewgt" if they weigh in the day before the fight at 126 or 160, respectively, and then enter the ring on fight night at 139 or 177, respectively?

3)Middleweight - a lot of good names at this weight but this choice mainly due to the emergence of golovkin and the excitment he brings
2)Super Bantamweight -we are about to see the best fight the best at this weight.ontop of that we have frampton and quigg climbing the ranks and the division is booming
1)Light Welterweight-Kahn,Matysse Peterson Judah Garcia Rios Alverado Crawford Olusegun and Broner soon enough.need i say more?
