Bob smokes what ever he want to, if he said he smoked weed, than he did, but odds are good he doesn't spend his days stoned.. He probably tried it a few times just like anyone else who's pushing eighty, no big deal.
You'd be surprised to know who smokes weed. Some for medicinal purposes others rather than drinking.
