Not for a second. It's a way for him to prove his point that he's not in debt or has run out of money. He knows full well Floyd would never accept a fight for free so puts it out there that he does. I don't think it means anything and I'm actually quite surprised he didn't put up the idea sooner.

When Pacquiao "agreed" to 60/40 and suggested 70/30 he never talked about giving his money to charity. Why when he owes $68 million and found out his own promoter was hiding money from him would I believe him?
