No, I don't think you do. I used to fight with very lightweight gloves and never used headgear. We just beat the crap out of each other. When you get hurt bad enough you will usually quit unless its a fight on the street or you are getting paid.

If you were sparring were you using head gear and a mouth piece? And i dont think u have one if you feel ok but if you dont see a doctor or something

So I'm 15 and I have been sparring a bit with friends. My first one I took a lot of punches to my face and 2 to side, I felt dizzy after but fine the following days. My second one I took a big one to my forhead which I think I felt the back of my brain and the jaw. Did I lose enough brain cells to lower my iq and memory? I might go one last time. Also do u think I have an concussion from those hits say yes or no please thx
