Ok... Let's have a look at the facts:
Haye fought Nikolay Valuev standing at seven feet tall - So height wasn't an issue with fighting Tyson Fury.
Haye fought Wladamir Klitschko, who I consider a truly gifted boxer... So technical ability wasn't an issue in fighting Tyson Fury.
Money - Haye was guaranteed five million for the fight (which he would most probably have won). Haye can't make that money anywhere else... So no better offers on the table.
Maybe... Just maybe... Haye had a double whammy of bad luck.....???
I honestly don't think Haye was that bothered about Tyson, but I suspect there was something else going on in the background...?
If you recall - Haye did one of the best face off's ever, with heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko. He wasn't exactly shy about voicing his opinions then.... (Why remain silent with Fury??)
Does anybody really think that Tyson Fury spooked Haye....??? That's ridiculous.
Did Haye duck Fury....? Not a hope of it.
Too much negativity towards Haye. Every injury he's ever had, people are saying he faked it. Maybe he has pulled out injured before when he hasn't really been injured, but sometimes boxers do actually get injured.
People have said all sorts about Haye, how he's a bum, how he's scared of Fury but if you've been in the ring with Wladimir and Valuev, why would you be scared of a slow fat guy with a glass chin?
The haters will hate him for whatever reason they can think of, but Haye has plenty of fans and will remain the one of, if not the biggest draw in Britain.
I thought i already answered this in the morning. i had it long im sure. My IRS really irritates me sometimes
David "The Excusemaker" Haye coming out of retirement?
LOL TLC. i really dont know if that injury of haye was for real. Man, somebody would be willing to take a bullet for that amount
Haye would have KOed Fury in 3 rounds.
Hope it works this time for him.....He's taken a lot of abuse, but may be a big addition to a very weak heavy weight division. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt.
The Excusemaker backs out of way too many fights. I'd like to see him fight Mike Perez.

How long did Haye stay retired? 2 months tops? I honestly didn't believe it, but it seems that Haye is ducking Fury.
