2. Curtis Stevens should fight Macklin or Danny jacobs if the Quillin fight is not finalized. It will be entertaining fights if made.
Curtis Stevenson is overrated ,he lost to a second tier fighter named Jesse Brinkley who was barely a top 20 super middleweight.
Curtis Stevenson has moved down a weight class but he's still quite small ,i think Peter Quillin should be able to win the fight on the inside or the outside considering he's both faster and stronger than Curtis Stevenson.
I would like to see Jermaine Taylor give it one more go against Peter Quillin ,i think the speed of Taylor would present an interesting challenge for Quillin.
This would be a great match up especially in the Barclays Center. They are friends but this is boxing.
I think Stevens would test Quillin and Peter won't crush Curtis the way Golovkin did...but he can school him on the cards if he can avoid getting hit as much as he did against Rosado. Quillin by close decision.
If not Stevens, Quillin/ Macklin would be fun...it the weird style of Sam Soliman.
I'm really lookin forward to see more of Peter Quillin, Kovalev, GGG, Ward, Stevenson, and many more in a violent war with someone to test them to the max in the ring.
Quillins a paper who was clearly getting worked by Rosado. Yet the judges f*cked Rosado once again and the stoppage was BS. I got Stevens to whoop his ***.
That's Quillin's best option since he can't do business with HBO.
I always thought Stevens was more than just a one-dimensional power puncher way before he fought GGG. I think he can beat Quillin
