Yes, he is a very talented fighter. The only real problem I saw was his mentality. he tends to quit to easily. He was good enough to give Mayweather a good fight for a few rounds and not many can do that.
Timothy Bradley isn't as talented.
Timothy Bradley definitely has more heart than Zab
So if it came down to a war Tim would win
But if zab kept his mind right the whole fight then Zab would just out box him and win by decision
I've never really been a Judah fan and consider him overrated so I'd pick Bradley to win if both were prime.
very easily....zab was a natural fighter...and a great at his peak....even a run down judah troubled khan and mayweather.
I think he could sense he almost beat mayweather
