Lets make one thing clear; Bernard Hopkins is arguably one of the best Middleweights in the history of the sport, although I think Sergio Martinez is a good fighter I wouldn't consider him someone even close to the level of a Bernard Hopkins.
Just a few weeks back we watched Sergio Martinez get his face busted up, get knocked down and struggle with a mediocre fringe contender, someone who Bernard Hopkins would've absolutely annihilated.
I think Sergio Martinez is a good Middleweight but versus a prime Bernard Hopkins he gets out-boxed and schooled. His athletic might trouble Hopkins, as it would anybody, but you can't beat someone as crafty as Bernard with just speed and movement.
