At age 14 you have plenty of time to learn the game. First you have to find a boxing gym and a trainer and spar ,if the trainer feel you have potential he will probably recommend the amateur ranks after enough training and if your successful enough in the amateurs you can qualify for the 2016 or 2020 olympics.
If you are 14, and want to box. Join a boxing gym. Do what your coach says. When the time is right, he'll have you fight in the amateur ranks.
if you are top amateur, you could fight in the Golden Gloves or the Olympics. If you make it to this level, becoming a pro will be a lot easier.
Over the course of your training, you should meet and train with a lot of good amateur and pro boxers. They and your coach can give you the best advice on how and when to turn pro.
Anyone can be a pro boxer . It's just a matter of paperwork for a license . There's tomato cans, bums , and champions . Going into boxing , you will be one of the 3 mentioned . Which one is up to you
