ok, real question is can i be mascular , not like bodybuilder but like model and in same time be good at boxing because when i do a lot of cardio and exhausting excersises i lose muscle mass too ,so? is it possible to maintain both and without weight lifting , only calisthenics pullups,push up , dips (with added weight)
