1: Chris John would NEVER fight Rigo. Take JMM out of his list of opponents, his next best wins are Rocky Juarez (yea, a f*cking journeyman w/ like 10 losses) and Daud Yordan (who I like and is solid, but nothing special).
2. Rigondeaux woulf F*CK Chris John up. Rigo is the better boxer, at least defensively. Rigo has by far more power, legit KO power at that. John has basically no power, he 's a very good boxer w/ good defense/combination punching, and can fight off the back foot.
It's not a fight that will happen. If anyone will fight John, it will be when Donaire moves up in weight. It's already something liver-spotted Arum has mentioned, and it would attract a lot of attention and a big gate in Macau or somewhere, considering it'd be Indonesia vs Philippines.
Both Rigo and Donaire would KILL Chris John anyway. Dude almost got knocked out by Juarez in their first fight, and that's just pathetic. He's good, but not on that Nonito/Rigo level.
He should and I think he could but Chris John's height and counter punching style could actually trouble Rigonduaex. I remember Cordoba gave fits to Rigo during their fight, but after witnessing Rigo defeat Donaire, anything is possible.
