I'm extremely excited. I'm not really liking the catchweight though. I don't care if it's Mayweather because I've said many times that I don't like catchweights.
Still, I am pumped. This is a real super fight. Mayweather is the most popular boxer in the world as De La Hoya was when he fought Mayweather. Alvarez is the most popular Mexican fighter and is the opponent everyone wanted for Mayweather. Fans got it, and I can't wait.
It wont get more buys then Mayweather vs De La Hoya not even close! Great fight though and i see Mayweather winning a clear decision after a close first 4 or 5 rounds. Once Floyd gets your timing down (and he always does) you are screwed
Wow! First I have heard of it, it's gonna be the biggest fight in years, they can't say Mayweather is ducking tough competition now, this is definitely not a safe fight for Floyd. Been a while since I went to Vegas, but I just might go to this one.
