Bruce Lee had very powerful punches, especially for a man of his size. Dan Inosanto once said that he could have been one of the world's best boxers in his weight class at that time. I think Bruce's technical boxing wasn't that good, but his speed, power and accuracy were outstanding so he definitely could have been very effective although he wouldn't have been allowed to use his most devastating fighting methods by the way.

Bruce lee wasn't the biggest but with this video, he shows that size isn't everything. An incredible display of power from him. I wonder how much the bag weighs though

Bruce Lee was around 130 pounds, you can tell he is very powerful, explosive & manages to put his entire weight behind his punches even if they come from unorthodox positions.
