That would be very difficult at this stage of Manny's career and prime. In his 2009-2010 prime, Manny would have done it. But I doubt very much if he could do it now especially coming off a worst knockout defeat to JMM last December and without the benefit of even a gimme tune up to help him regain some confidence.

Rios has been to many wars and he was never in any danger of being stopped, much less knocked out. The kid is tough and young and his jaw seems to be impervious to solid punches and his facial skin not susceptible to easily cut and bruise.Which cannot be said of Manny who has been knocked out already three times in his career although the last one prior to the JMM KO defeat came more than a dozen years ago.

I think Manny can still beat Rios impressively, more impressively and convincingly than Mike Alvarado did last year in pinning Brandon his first loss, by sticking and moving, beating the younger fella to the punch in every opportunity, evading his rushes and tying him up whenever he comes dangerously near and fighting the temptation to trade leather for leather.
