Keith Thurman is the new kid on the block and Cottos' best days are behind him ,Keith Thurman would probably get a late KO due to his combonation of accuracy and power that would wear Cotto down late in the fight.

That would be a good fight. I liked what I saw from Thurman this weekend. He faced a very rugged, battle tested fighter who did not go away when Thurman laid it on him. Thurman switched tactics enough that he got a convincing though not spectacular win. Now Cotto has more power and possibly a bit more speed than Zveck (sp?) but he has also seen a lot of wars and is no longer at the top of his game. I think that if Thurman tries to get into a slug fest with Cotto, that he might be biting off more than he can chew. However, if Thurman fights hard and in spots like he did when Zveck was evidently not going away, then he can beat Cotto. I think that it is still a little too early for Thurman to take on the A to elite level fighters, but he is getting close. I would give Cotto a very slight edge in the fight. I want to see Keith take one more step up in competition before I put him in with a dangerous but on his way out Cotto.
At this point in Cotto's career, I think Thurman might be right. I don't care for unproven trash talkers but Thurman just might be on to something. I think Cotto has lost his heart for boxing and he's past his best. In fact, his best days are well behind him by a few years.

If Thurman takes Cotto out then we know Cotto is finished. I would take Cotto in this fight.
Why not, it would be a good crossroads fight. Cotto, a fighter seemingly on his way down vs the up and comer Keith Thurman.
