Why?
I say he should go in that order.
A, B, and then C. Plenty of time to do it, and he'll move up in a year at most, and by then nothing REALLY important should change drastically at those two higher weightclasses (at least I hope not).
Broner is still VERY young, and just b/c 135lb is pretty much a sh*t division, it doesn't mean he should be jumping weight right away.
Adrien has had what, two or three fights at lightweight? He's looking for the best possible opponents, and doing everything he can to get the other best guy at lightweight (Burns) into the ring.
I love a Broner-Burns fight, bring it on. I can wait a year to see him fight the names at 140lb.
I want to see Broner fight Garcia or Matthysse just as much (if not more) than everyone else. I mean sh*t, I'd pay PPV $$$$ for a Matthysse-Broner fight.
Let the kid grow into his body though, he'll be in great matchups at 140lb/147lb soon enough. If Burns doesn't fight him after the Vazquez fight, Broner will most likely move up for his next fight anyway. If he does fight Burns, I guarantee he moves up to junior-welter right after that.
All in due time people, some fans and media need to stop rushing him. It'll happen very soon, without a doubt.
A) he should clean out the light weight division , i don't understand why a fighter would want to move up weights if he can still make light weight and still have good guys to fight at that weight once broner has fought the burns/ vasquez winner then move to 140 as that is where a lot of good fighters are .
He should man up at fight a big dog at 140. Nobody tests him at 135, why not fight Rios? They've been calling each other out on twitter, but Adrien is trying so hard to be Floyd but Rios wants to fight him bad.
I think it should go like this:
Rios vs Lamont in August and the winner takes Broner.
It is never I mean never a good IDEA TO GO UP IN WEIGHT!!!!.But when you feel in your heart that you are better than the other guys above you . You got to prove it to them. I never worried who was below me or above me I showed up on fight night and I fought who ever it was .To answer your question .
