Go to a YMCA or boxing gym to find a trainer. Worry about your weight later, you'll get bigger, you don't need supplements to put on weight at your age. The bigger you get, the more power your opponents will have. Let the weight come naturally, and seriously, seek that trainer out. Good Luck.
You should get a lesson. You can go anywhere for a free trial. And see what people have to offer. You r focus pads are only good if you train some one else to hold them! You can't do it yourself! If anything get 5dollar wrist weights and practice with those on your gloves. You'll be faster and have your hands up easier whenu take them off!
Stop taking that whey crap that is industrial waste. Look up Mac Danzig vegan former ufc champion. You don't need to take protein supplements to get big Most of that protein is just going to be turned into fat. Spend your money on training.
Okay, I'm 15, 135 ish. I've been training to become a boxer ever since I was 12. I used to hit my dad's old punching bag. But I moved when I was 13. I've done shadow boxing and slap boxing with my friends and relatives to help my boxing abilities. Now - lately I've bought some Whey Protein to bulk up, gain some muscle. I have average muscle for a 15 yo. My question is, I have 22 dollars. I just ran out of protein powder. Should I stop buying the protein powder and buy some focus pads to further my skills, or should I just continue to buy the protein powder and gain more muscle? I know both muscle and training are a big part. I'm just confused if I should be gaining muscle or training.
