I have to go with the guy I consider the best light heavy weight in history and that is Moore.
Look at his record and total number of knock outs.
Moore was probably the smartest fighter I have ever seen, he would overcome Foster's reach advantage and get to him in the middle rounds winning by late stoppage or a decision.
I think this would be a great fight, where Foster starts out very well behind his jab and possibly drops Archie on one or maybe two occasions.
As the rounds go on though, the old man will start getting things going and land some hard shots on Foster, who eventually falls and can't beat the count.

I'd go with Archie Moore's smarts and ring savvy. He'd survive a couple of knockdowns and win by late round stoppage (TKO) in the 13th or 14th round.
