Probably Billy Fox beating Jake LaMotta but that one is generally believed to be a tank job by LaMotta.

Tyson/Douglas was big in Vegas due to the odds, but style wise and talent level didn't make it all that much of a surprise to insiders, in fact Kevin Rooney called that one before it happened.
Holyfield/Tyson I was a 28-1 shot against Holyfield, but the odds makers got that one wrong too.
Corry Sanders, Lamont Brewster and Ross Pruitty KOing Wlad were all pretty big upsets but Chris Byrd beating Vitali was bigger still.
Max Schmeling beating Joe Louis in their first fight was big
Frankie Randell beating Julio Cesar Chavez SR. was also a big one.
Estaban DeJesus beating Roberto Duran in their first fight was huge.
Ray Leonard taking four years off then coming back to beat Hagler was up there.
The biggest one of them all was Kevin McBride making Tyson quit on his stool.
Hamed v Barrera because the person with all the gifts was beaten by the man with the bigger heart, and Lewis Rachman because Lewis was so full of himself that night he thought the fight would be a walk in the park and strength and luck over came. Then the real champ showed up for the rematch and made rocky look like a journeyman. Both of those were awesome. Although I wouldn't rank this up there as part of the greats, pacquio v Marquez the last fight were manny was tucked in and put to bed early like a little kid in trouble, that was awesome to see the fall of a champ and the heart of a true fighter.
