The UFC biggest stars is Jon jones, Rousey, Aldo, and Silva. They barely generate 1 million buys despite their names.
The UFC also lost it's biggest draw ( George st. pierre ).
Floyd mayweather make more money than every UFC fighter combined. However, the UFC is a Buisness so they make more as a whole.
The UFC is a Billion dollar industry but they pay their fighters low salaries.
Without a doubt it's the UFC. Even if their PPV totals are lies and they sell only a half of what they say, they outstrip Floyd, and all boxing put together, by a long way. If you give Floyd 100% credit for his recent fight with Canelo that's 2.2 million buys. UFC in 2012 probably did 3-4 million PPV buys in total.
I am no fan of the UFC, they pay their fighters nothing and its the most ignorant brutal and unsportsmanlike sports organistaion on earth. But they definitely sell more PPVs than Mayweather.

I would rather watch MMA non-title fights than Floyd vs. any carefully picked opponent. And I am not a UFC fan.

Why do these bias MMA fans keep saying UFC has passed boxing when every Floyd Fight Doubles or Triples the biggest UFC event in total gross and PPV sales? Floyd vs Canelo did 2.2 million in PPV while no UFC event in 2013 even did 1 million.. Floyd owns the UFC on every level and he is what? A boxer lmfao
