Hi, what kind of sport do you do? 8 oz gloves are the smallest size boxing gloves and suitable just for children and you wont be able to use it for sparring, unless you want to injure your opponent and your self. Anyway, if you are sure that you need 8 oz boxing gloves, you can take a look at Fairtex Muay Thai- Boxing Gloves http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008R0B...
The best brands are brands like Winning, Cleto reyas, but they made more for professional boxers and are expensive. Other good brands: Fairtex, Twins, Venum, Title, Addidas, Hayabusa, Rings. But they all also making and cheap, poor gloves. Is even harder to find good 8oz gloves. The more you pay, the better quality you will get. http://boxingglovesreviews.com/top-ten-b... Is even hard to find good 8oz gloves, as usually they make 12-16 oz gloves.
Hey,
I would highly recommend going with B-Ace 1 Gloves. I got mine about 3-4 months back and find them amazing. Since I train very often, I normally need new pair of gloves in about 3-4 months of use but these ones are still going strong. I don't know if the company makes them in 8oz but it would be worth checking I say.

Hello to everyone who is reading this. I'm currently looking for 8 ounce boxing gloves. My coach told me that since I'm a guy with lengthy arms, he suggests to pick up a lighter glove to get started. Can you please give any advice and suggestions on what brands are considered well put together and have great quality for the price? Thank you for reading.
