Best bag gloves for heavy hitter?

Scott,

Go to Winningusa.com The Winning brand Glove is a favorite of "Heavy Hitters" due to the extra layers of padding in the knuckle area. I must warn you ahead of time these glove ain't cheap the are almost double the price of Reyes glove and a least 4x's the amount you spent on your 14oz Ringside Gloves, but worth every penny.

If they are out of your price range go with either Reyes or Grant Gloves excellent, excellent Gloves.

The purpose of bag gloves is to protect your hands and wrists. If you going to box there's no sense in using equipment that doesn't help you.

Incidentally, Everlast has been around for at least 60 years, although I don't know where its equipment is now manufactured.

When I hit the bag for building power, I use 16oz everlast. My hands aren't huge, but I like the extra room inside the glove, and I use hand wraps along with either a gel or leather knuckle pad covered by the hand wrap.

like hawk had mentioned, go Everlast!, I use 16oz Everlast gloves when I'm doing my drills on a 100lb heavy bag stuffed with sand and cloth; for you I would go for 16-18 oz. gloves if your using a heavy bag or Mai Thai bag ; also equally (if not more) important is the hand/wrist wraps, they will help with your wrist, but only if they're properly wrapped.

Got 14 oz ringside gloves but my hands hurt after my bag work. Looking for good hand protection/wrist support heavy bag gloves. Trying to stay around $100, any suggestions/help would be great!
