Marvin Hagler
Great matchup. Two of the best middleweights of all time. Marvin Hagler lost his final fight of his career to Sugar Ray Leonard who was a boxer-puncher, which was a very close fight. I think this fight might be similar, but a little less competitive. This will go back and forth for the first seven rounds of the fight, but then Hagler will adjust and dominate and cruise to the unanimous decision.

Hagler would destroy Hopkins. Hopkins had a long reign as middleweight king but cherry picked his opponents. If you look at his record during his middleweight reign, apart from Trinidad, there are no prime, world class boxers on his record. His career since getting beat twice by the average Jermain Taylor has been far more impressive in my opinion, as he has consistently pitted himself against the best around.
